Can I collect my order from Broadway? 

Yes! You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Just make sure you bring that email with you.

Unfortunately, we only offer box office collection at the moment. Sorry :(

What is your returns policy?
As this is an extremely limited run of Broadway branded merch, we are unable to offer exchanges and only offer refunds on unused and unmarked goods which are returned in their original packaging within 14 days or purchase. 

Is your merchandise ethically sourced? 
Our merch is sourced from ethical suppliers with chains that are certified by various independent bodies and organisations.
